GOLD STREAM provides replacement warranty with each product shipped to a Customer. Please see our Warranty section for more details about your particular warranty. All Gold Stream Products except Capdase have 1 Year Limited Warranty

EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES PROVIDED WITH A PRODUCT, THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER ARE SOLD "AS IS," AND GOLD STREAM DISCLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability.
CUSTOMER'S SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY GOLD STREAM SHALL BE A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID. GOLD STREAM’S TOTAL, AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED HEREUNDER. IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLD STREAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.

Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. GOLD STREAM is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors that may appear in this web site. These terms and conditions and any orders or purchases from this web site shall be governed by the laws of the Israel, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules.

Lifetime Warranty.
GOLD STREAM warrants to the original end customer of its products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function. Any claim made alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the end customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. GOLD STREAM, at its option, will repair or replace any product that is determined by GOLD STREAM to be defective.

WHO IS PROTECTED BY THIS WARRANTY.
The GOLD STREAM warranty protects the original owner provided that the GOLD STREAM product was purchased from an authorized dealer.

A copy of the original dated bill of sale must be presented whenever warranty service is required.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
Except as specified below, the GOLD STREAM warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship. The following are NOT covered: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification, or neglect; damage occurring during shipment; damage from failure to follow instructions contained in the usage guide; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by GOLD STREAM; damage caused by installation of parts that do not conform to GOLD STREAM specifications; any claims based on misrepresentations by the seller; products sold on an "as-is" or final sale basis; or the cost of installing, removing, or re-installing a part. GOLD STREAM’S liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any defective product and shall not include incidental or consequential damages. GOLD STREAM reserves the right to replace a discontinued model with a comparable model. Any replacement units or parts may be new or rebuilt.

If the product was purchased outside of the Israel, please contact GOLD STREAM for details on warranty service.

Do not return products without authorization. They will be returned unopened. You are responsible for transporting your product for repair or replacement.
